I wanted to write this review after the first week but waited until we had it for about six weeks and nothing has changed. The Aria Spa gets better and better as the nights are getting cooler. My wife and I look forward to our "soak" every night before bed and we have never slept better. The water has been crystal clear since we filled it and the ACE system has made it that much easier. We have learned the jets, yes there was a learning curve, and the water feature adds to our enjoyment. Putting all this together with the outstanding color features just heightens the relaxation we experience every time. My wife and I commented last night that the time we spend alone in our spa just soaking and chatting has brought us even closer together, a break from the hustle and rushing of the days activities. Should have done it sooner

Have enjoyed . Very helpful for wife's severe back troubles. Happy with dealer but advise shop around. Happy with quality and comfort. Go to dealer that lets you try out in show room to select model.

Truly a wonderful Spa

We purchased our Aria spa in 2007 and have not regretted the purchase. I love leaning back, relaxing, and gaze at the stars. The combination of 2 jet strengths is perfect--I like STRONG for my aching joints, and my husband likes less powerful. This spa is the ideal size for 2 individuals with occasional guests.
However, now that I have 2 grandchildren that use it as a pool, soon to become 4, I wish we had the Envoy instead.
Our dealer we purchased from was a NIGHTMARE, cutting the top during installation, the business changing hands and not exchanging our top as guaranteed. But we contacted the Watkins company and they bent over backwards to make everything right. LOVE WATKINS!!!!
However, now that I have 2 grandchildren that use it as a pool, soon to become 4, I wish we had the Envoy instead.

We purchased this spa from NE Spas in Auburn Ma. It was our first spa, and we had a lot of questions. The sales person Denise and her associate Sandy, were very patient and understanding of our needs and went out of their way to help. We bought an Aria and are quite satisfied with it. We thought that it would cost a lot to run in the winter, but were pleasantly surprised, it did not, and we used it a lot. The only change we would like to see is to have both motors be high & low speed instead of only one.

being a fitness instructor teaching 6 classes a week at 50+ years old, I can fully appreciate this hot tub! some days the aches and pains are worse after double classes but we just get in the hot tub after dark and we can both get restful, quality sleep at night. It also is a great way for a couple to connect after working all day, relaxing and chatting about the day brings us closer together.

Before purchasing the Aria, I considered a smaller, 2 person spa, but I've realized how much I enjoy moving about and benefitting from the various seating positions with different jets. I look forward to using the spa every morning, often with my second cup of coffee, and occasionally I take a dip later in the day. It's relaxing and invigorating at the same time, great for relieving stress and keeping muscles and joints limber, and my blood pressure seems to have gone down.There's nothing like soaking in hot water to escape into another dimension and appreciate the natural beauty of the season, winter, spring, summer or fall. Also great, of course, for intimate moments.

The only thing wrong with my spa is the salt water system. It hardly ever works and we've had to pay to replace the cell and it still doesn't work. I add my own chemicals to keep the water nice. I would recommend not purchasing that option when buying your spa. Everything else is a go!

They last way to long

I had a souvign model for 17 years I gave it to a friend and it's still in service. The quality and parts availability made it very hard to upgrade to a new model. The new features make it even better, less power easier to maintain more jets stronger pumps.. Just a great product by a great company.

I have osteo arthritis in multiple joints. My hot springs tub brings me relief. I use my tub as many as two times a day, and sometimes three. After a soak my mobility is greatly improved and my pain is better. Their tubs are easy to maintain and its not difficult to treat the water.Hot springs tubs are the best on the market.

There is no better spot on this entire planet than my back yard relaxing in my ARIA hot tub by Hot Springs. Nothing else need be said. If you aint got one you are missing the boat.

I originally thought this purchase would solve my tight muscle and injury-prone issues (which it has), but as I have lived with it and enjoyed it now for almost 18 months I have come to find it my mental haven as well. Life is fast-paced and crazy and when I slip into my hot tub after a long day and gaze out into my backyard and the woods beyond, all time stops for me. Thank you for a reliable, worry-free product.

The ArIa is the perfect size for the larger tugs. The only other one I would recommend would be the Envoy.

It will move a lot of water with its pumps. They all seen to have very good power except the rotating jets, they still do their job just not as strong as our Jetsetter. All and all i feel it is a very good tub. I didn't buy the Ace system right away but it on my list.

My Aria spa has been one of the best things I've ever done for myself. The sheer relaxation of it and sharing with good friends is worth it all. And the easy maintenance of the water and the spa itself makes it a no-brainer.
