Since installing our spa, my wife and I find ourselves spending the end of each day together in the relaxing water. We share thoughts and experiences from the days events while enjoying the colorful light show of the water fountain. What a wonderful way to end the day!

Our spa is great - always ready, always clean, and SO relaxing after a long day at work. Haven't noticed a difference in my electricity bill. My wife and I both say we should have purchased this spa years ago.

I am extremely happy with my new Aria which has the Salt water system.It is unbelievably easy to maintain and the features are so enjoyable. It has been so much fun to be sitting in my hot tub with the record snow storms that we have had this year. A GREAT purchase!

Thanks for a great review, Jerry. New Jersey has had some extreme weather challenges the past few years; I'm glad the Aria spa gives you a place to retreat to while you watch the snow fall. We have had our hot tub for almost four months now and we love it. It is easy to maintain and Hot Springs did a great job installing it. We use it several times a week and really love it. I really like the lounger seat with the back massage. It feels really great running up and down my back. It is really nice to be able to adjust the different jets depending on what feels best. The two pumps really help in adjusting the flow out the jets. We can turn off the jets in one seat and feel the jet pressure increase in another.

Our Aria is the best place to start the day with coffee, meditation, and the quiet beauty of the outdoors. This is our second Aria and the new water care system is the best, increases our enjoyment tot he max. On the flip side the spa is a good place to end the day and remove stress from work! Of all our extra's this one is the we would continue to do over.

We have had the spa for 3 cold winter months in the Pacific NW and so far the spa is performing flawlessly. The fit and finish are perfect and I expect that the spa will continue to look like new as we have it under a covered deck where it is not directly exposed to the harsh weather. We use well water and controlling the manganese is a battle but that is not the spa's problem. We use the spa nearly every night except when the temperatures go below 20 degrees. Comparing month to month utility bills it seems to cost about $22/month which is not that bad considering the cold weather. My local dealer is the best. They always take the time to answer questions and their purchase price was very fair. The quality of the spa is evident in the "little things" such as stainless jet openings. We would recommend a Hot Springs spa hands down over any other brand.

Thanks for the great details about the Aria spa and your local dealer. Yes, the spa will require very little time/attention to keep it looking and performing like new. If you're on well water and don't have one yet, you might chat with your dealer about a pre-filter to attach to the hose before filling your spa. Great way to ensure that the water going into the spa is free from dissolved solids and trace minerals. Thanks again for a great review!

This spa adds an excellent relaxation to my daily life. When I am a bit tense or stressed, a soak makes a world of difference. And my daughter is having fun playing in it too as it is too cold in the pool right now!

SaltWater System is Terrible! Spa is supposed to relieve stress - NOT CAUSE IT!!!

I purchased an ARIA SPA in 2010 and while the SPA itself is can be enjoyable it has been proven a NIGHTMARE to maintain. I am an educated person with a master's degree and yet no matter what I have tried I have run into difficulty with this hot tub. Most of my difficulty has come from the premature failure of the ACE SALTWATER SYSTEM of which I am now on my third cell within three years! It seems you need a degree in chemistry to maintain the water properly! So far the following things have failed in the tub:
3 Salt Cells 1 Control Panel 1 Weir Door 2 Sets of Rusted Jets due to the Salt Cell overproducing chlorine on a LOW use level 1 Revision Controller 1 Moto Massage
I would strongly advise against the purchase against of this SPA with a Salt System ......THERE IS A REASON THERE IS ONLY ONE YEAR WARRANTY ON THE SALT SYSTEM!!!! They fail and you pay more money!

Your dealer has also worked with you directly to better understand the ACE system maintenance requirements as they too want you to have the best hot tub experience for many years. We remain in contact with your dealer and have offered our assistance again and they are waiting for your acceptance of their offer to you.
We purchased our Aria Hot Springs hot tub a month ago and we love it. It is very efficient and is easy to maintain. We got the salt water system. It sure is relaxing and reduced the tight muscles.

My wife really wanted a hot tub but I resisted for several years. I finally gave in after she wore me down. We have had our Aria for two months and I wonder how I got along without it. I use it more than she does. We were in our tub this morning when the air temp was zero degrees and we were completely comfortable. The cooling seat is a nice feature because I get too hot and need to sit up out of the water to cool down. My wife is about 5 feet tall and the depth of the tub concerned her as far as comfort. We added a booster pillow and it has made a difference in her comfort level. Control panel is easy to operate and ACE system is awesome! Once the water chemistry is set the water needs minimal maintenance. I add a little chlorine every day or so and its ready to go. My wife and I talk more now because we are spending more time together in our tub and there are no distractions.

I purchased a Hot Springs spa from IHT in Denver about 18 months ago. My previous spa was an ozone system, had to run the pump a few times a day and was a pain to keep clean. This Aria spa with the ACE salt system is a delight. Much more comfortable. And far, far easier to care for. The water stays perfect for well over 6 months. Maintenance is much simpler. And because the water is cleaner I use the spa more often.
I did have an issue with the Ace system but their customer care remedied the situation and did a great job working with me as we diagnosed the issue. Great support from both the manufacturer and from IHT.

We previously owned another brand of hot tub. When we moved to our current home, we were looking for an upgrade in quality. After reading the reviews and looking at several brands, we chose the Hot Spring Aria hot tub. To this point we are completely satisfied with this purchase and our dealer has been very good to work with.

Very nice spa and well built except that knob that controls waterfall falls off easily. I alos wish I had chosen the slightly larger Grande spa. Holds water temp perfectly. Lights and jets work great.

We use to dream about owning a hot tub but our incomes needed to go to Home owners (upkeep) and Family expenses. Our savings were to go for college educations and weddings. After suffering a disabling work accident I went through 5 spinal surgeries. Many hours of physical therapy and narcotic meds could not give me any relief from the chronic back pain. I found some relief doing water therapy at the local YMCA, but the open pool hours were not very user friendly. I'd be up at 5:30 a.m. and the pool was available at 6:00 a.m. After a couple years of this I needed to look elsewhere for pain relief. Getting up very early and fighting the MN cold and snow storms was taking it's toll on me. We borrowed to buy our Aria Hot Spring Spa. Since that time I can decide when I want to visit the spa, some days twice a day. The jets are truly amazing. I no longer have to sit in a community spa at the "Y". My wife also enjoys the spa, it's very relaxing. Helps her unwind after a full day at work. I Thank Melissa at Hot Spring in Onalaska WI. for her knowledge of the spa. She was so friendly and available to answer all my questions as I had many being a new spa owner. I still have Chronic Back pain and will forever, But the Aria Hot Spring Spa is there for me when ever I need it.

I knew that I would have "made it" if I someday had a hot-tub of my own. My husband and I purchased one from a friend and loved it, but he wanted to upgrade. I hesitated thinking that financially maybe the timing was not right. Im glad I was proven wrong. Other than our home, our hot-tub is undoubtedy the best purchase we have ever made and I am certain we will LOVE it fro years to come!
