Relatively satisfied with Aria HT, however we seem to have to have it serviced more frequently than expected. Very unsatisfied with the service company NE Spas and were wondering if there was anyone else in area that services HotSpring products

This is a very comfortable spa that really relaxes our tired and sore muscles. We are very glad we made this purchase, and would recommend this hot tub to all of our friends.

We have had our Aria about 6 months and use it at least 5 days a week. It is great for sore muscles after a days work or for just relaxing under the stars! Would recommend it to everyone.

We use our Aria every day through all four seasons. It is such a pleasure especially during these cold northeast winters. We are so glad we got the Ace Salt Water System.`Maintenance could not be easier. Our only regret is that we did not get our Hot Springs Aria sooner!

I want to start this review buy first sending a big THANK YOU to Marianne Walters for her outstanding customer service. If you have a problem, I highly recommend asking for her. She went out of her way to help get the problem fixed, and to see that I was happy with my purchase.
Now about the tub. I am a previous Hot Springs owner. A friend gave me his old Tiger River Bengal. feel in love with it, but after one too many leaks, I decided to threat myself and buy a brand new hot tub. I did my homework, and decided to go with the Aria. love, love, love this tub. Comfort and beauty all in one package, and well worth the money.
There were some issues with the first one that my local dealer delivered, and I was a bit surprised, because I know for a fact that Watkins makes a good product. After several attempts to fix the problems failed, Watkins decided to replace the hot tub with a brand new one, and now all is well. if you want more detail about the problems I was having, shoot me a message. The problem was related to water clarity. It took some research, but we found the problem.

The hot springs hot tub is great. The Bluetooth speakers make it so enjoyable to relax. My wife and I go in and just forget about the stresses of the day. It's been one of the best investments we've made

I loved the spa when I first got it, however customer support was lacking for the initial setup, and after a month I'm already having issues with it. Some of the jets are not working at all, and the nozzles are falling off.

From the purchase to the delivery/setup to maintenance service to the relaxing soaks, this may have been the best thing we ever purchased for ourselves. The tub size is just right and weekly water maintenance is a breeze. Warranted repairs have been handled in a timely, efficient and costly manner.

Cannot get the balance correct even after repeated emptying and refilling. OK for a day or two and then cloudy and smelly. Had technical assistance but still not balanced.

The spa is a nightmare. Water requires constant management. The Ace salt system doesn't work, not worth a dime. Many problems with his spa.

I bought my hot tub from Royes Fireplace and they did an awesome job with delivery and setup. The hot tub itself is amazing!!! This is my first and it took me a long time to afford one. With my failing hip this is just the therapy that I needed. Can't live without one ever anymore!

We had a 2000 hot springs and after 16 yrs decided it was time to update. The salt system water feels great and the sound system is better than what I have in my house. It is so relaxing compared with our old one. The noise level is less and has lots more features. Would recommend to anyone that is looking to get a hot tub.
