i have enjoyed my tub so far, but already had one jet break. Added a salt water system still have trouble keeping the water in check. The dealer should spend a little more time explain how to do that. Over all I like the tub.

After owning two previous spas from a different maker, and upon moving to a new home, we wanted to consider all the best brands since we use a spa regularly. After reading online reviews (some very confusing), visiting with other spa owners, and stopping by several spa businesses, we chose the Hot Spring Aria. It has not disappointed at all! The easy to understand control display makes it easy for anyone to control the jets, lighting and other controls. i wasn't sure if i would like the ACE salt water system, but it is very easy to maintain and does not leave a "salty" feel. We are thrilled with our Aria spa purchase.

Love our spa. Would certainly recommend the Hot Springs brand. My advice is to check with multiple dealers as we found large price differences.

After purchasing my Aria hot tubi have been able to reduce the number of visits to my pain management doctor per month. Not only have my appointments decreased my stress and fatigue level have lowered resulting me in sleeping throughout the night. I once owned another brand of hot tub and the up keep was no where as easy as my hot spring hot tub. I would highly recommend hot spring to all my family and friends.

The Hot Spring Aria has been fantastic. It is nice moving from seat to seat to take advantage of each seats' unique therapy of jets. The lounger with the moto-massage and calf jets is on point. My family of four is always excited to get in the HOT TUB!!!!!!

We love our spa, this is the second one we have had. We added the music, it is totally awesome, very nice addition to our home. Our salesman was professional and very helpful, has a great follow-up.

HotSpring is the Best!

As a previous hot tub owner who enjoyed the old no name hot tub but hated the continual problems of keeping it running I did a lot of online research and decided on purchasing a HotSpring Spa.
I could not be more happy with the purchase. The power and placement of the jets is perfect for my chronic back problems which have almost gone away since I got the new hot tub a couple of months ago.
All friends and family who have used it rated it as the best hot tub experience they have ever enjoyed!

Hot Tub was delivered over a month ago, set up and running almost 2 weeks, and the Dealer has not been able to get the Connextion working. As much as it cost for such a simple feature you think it would be plug and play.

This is our second Hot Spring Tub & since we are empty nesters we chose a 5 person Aria tub, It is amazing we both suffer from arthritis so it is perfect! The chair jets feels like you are receiving a deep tissue massage ending in the lay down seat gentle rolling jets from your shoulders to lower back with additional jets hitting your legs ending with a great foot massage.

Love, love, love our new Aria hot tub. The company from which we purchased it has been GREAT! Still learning the whole water chemistry thing, but it gets a little easier with each test/use and we will be proficient in no time. I would definitely recommend HotSpring brand hot tubs to anyone interested in getting the best of the best.

Great Spa! Great personal local service! It took a couple of days to get the water perfect... But they were there coaching and helping the entire time! So fun. We are in it almost every night!

Our New Hot Spring Aria

We purchased a Hot Springs Aria with the ACE Salt Water System. We have owned the Hot tub for almost 60 days now, and the water care is a breeze compared to our previous Hot Tub. Could not be more pleased with our purchase! I highly recommend a Hot Spring Spa!
