Best tub we have owned

Our previous Sundance tub had to be sold because it was in the way of constructing a new pool house. When the buyer and his movers came to get it they were severely bit by red ants that were living in the rotten wood frame. I am glad to now have an all composite built tub.

Spa is of great quality, lights are beautiful, music system is way more than I expected. Care of the water has been a bit of a challenge but we're learning as we go. There isn't enough information on the web to inform users of what the light indicators mean or what to do with the particular messages that show on the display screen. Again, we're working through it as best we can.

Best Hot Tub in the Industry

Growing up my parents had 2 Hot Spring Hot Tubs. Knowing the quality and value of Hot Spring, I knew there was only one Hot Tub that would would be suitable for my family. We deciding on an Hot Spring Aria. The family and neighbors love it. It makes for a great family time as well. Very happy with our purchase and looking forward to purchasing another down the road. Trust me when I say, this is the only option in hot tubs "Hot Spring"!

Good Things Come To Those Who Wait!! :-)

I love this tub. It fits my patio area perfectly, and it's very comfortable. Had some problems keeping the water clear with the first and second tub that was delivered . Watkins owned up to a issue they where having with construction and replaced the tub twice. This latest one seems to be in working order, however I am getting premature sudsing after a water change. I think its coming from the FreshWater ph/alkalinity down chemical supplied by Hotspring. Will discontinue use and share results.

Such high quality with a stunning appearance. So easy to maintain. My wife and I just love relaxing in the spa on cool fall and winter evenings with a glass of wine and ample moonlight. There is also nothing better for sore muscles after a day of snowboarding. Don't wonder what it's like to have a HotSpring Spa, just go for it. Your only regret will be not doing it sooner!

Meaningful and Daily Reduction in Orthopedic Pain

Pursuant to orthopedic injuries sustained over many years connected to my professional law enforcement life (HRT Commander) and my competitive body building history; I have long sought a variety of non-surgical and non-narcotic alternatives to relieve my everyday pain (2 fragmented and herniated discs in my lower back; arthritic hips; sciatica; plantar fasciitis in my right heel; and a torn rotarcuff in my left shoulder.

Some of these means have included: acupuncture; chiropractors; accupressure massage; heat patches; heating pads; Ben Gay; and frequent use of tylenol extra-strength.

All of these methods have contributed to partial relief but never to my daily satisfaction.

My orthopedic doctor recently recommended that I add some form of legitimate hydrotherapy to this mix.

Hence, an exhaustive search for such a means followed and ultimately led me to a HotSpring Portable Spa outlet in Sarasota, Florida.

This company's representative, Mr. Paul Antolik, thereafter provided me with a comprehensive briefing on all available spa options and professionally guided me to the HotSpring's Aria model.

The Aria contains 35 strategically placed jets and provides its users with diverse jet streams of intensive but non-painful water propulsion.
Moreover, the Aria's seating and reclining options ensure that if you simply circle this spa from seat to seat, all injured anatomical parts will be ultimately reached and treated (as my pain literally extends from head to toe, arriving at a spa which ensured this totality of water massaged body parts was, for me, an imperative).

My day, now, begins and ends everyday immersed in this incredibly spacious and comfortable 5 person hot tub, and, I have never enjoyed greater relief from my inescapable discomfort.

Other notes on the Aria for any future consumer: its aesthetic features are immediately eye-catching and its monthly electrical costs are incredibly low ($12 a month). The Aria's cleaning process is likewise simple and the spa's water remains sparkling with genuinely minimum care.

If anyone suffers from some of the same orthopedic pains that I do; I simply say, suffer less - invest in this product and improve the quality of life as soon as you turn on and enter the relieving waters of the Aria for the very first time.

Awesome Aria

I've had my HotSpring Aria spa for several years now and love how it makes me feel. I use it to ease muscle tension, to relax my back and to relieve stress. I feel soooo good after a 15 minute soak. A quick dip before bed helps me into a deep sleep. In the summer months I reduce the temperature and get in at all hours of the day.
My HotSpring spa is easy to take care of. I've had it for 4+ years and haven't had to do anything beyond adding water conditioner, rinsing the filters and changing the water periodically. I love that it doesn't cycle on and off, thus it is virtually silent. This is truly a super feature as the spa is located right outside my bedroom door.
My HotSpring spa is a dream come true!

First time tubbers!

Let's start at the beginning,a few years in the making. My wife and I started looking at hot tubs a few years ago and kinda stopped . Then a year or so later brought it up again and once again it fizzled out and never went any further. Last year while on vacation we used a hot tub at the hotel and well here we go again , but this time we went all the way. We research brands,styles,price ranges and everything in between. Not nowing anything going in and knowing tons at the end and finally purchasing a hot spring Aria. We cannot be more happier with the hot tub and just as equally happy with Randy and the whole entire team at Greenwood pools and spas in Altoona PA. The team at Greenwood pools and spas we're patient with all our questions and multiple visits. They even ordered the Aria in the color combination that we wanted just to look at it before we actually decided, which is actually the one we did purchase in the end.Im a firm believer that you get what you pay for. The hot springs spas are a little more money but are well worth the extra cost up front. Chemicals have been easy and simple to catch onto. Chemical cost are reasonable and my dealer always has stock on hand.My utility cost has not been any worse than what I anticipated, but rather reasonable and less than what I thought. Our only regret so far is not doing it sooner. So far we have had it about 6 months or so and can't be happier with the complete experience from buying,to the install,and use and operation. If anyone is thinking of a hot spring spa and not sure about owning one, I say go for it. I knew nothing going in and it was easy especially if u have a good dealer. We did it and will always have a hot spring spa in the future.

It Is An Oasis!!

I have never owned a hot tub before and am so glad that I bought a Hot Springs Aria as my first. Everything about it is an amazing experience. The MotoJet is like a deep tissue massage and every seat offers a different experience.

Why didnt I buy this first!

I have owned two Hot Spring spas previously, but for some reason decided to go cheap last time. What a mistake. After less than a year I started having problems with the pumps/controls/something, many trips over severalmonths and the technician couldn't fix it, so frustrating. Eventually I got rid of it and bought another Hot Spring. I am so happy! It is working flawlessly and is a joy to relax in after a workout or a long day. Worth every penny.

Purchased the Arial hot springs spa and so we love it. The dealer in Greensboro (Everything Billiards) provided wonderful customer service from the first time we called them, to visits to the showroom trying out the different tubs, to installing the tub. Thanks Rob for your help.

First Hot Tub

Never had a desire to own one before, had been in many and seen many but none of them had been a Hot Spring spa. After visiting a showroom on a whim we discovered how different they were from the others. The quality of the product was much higher than so many others and that also showed in the warranty coverage. At first, the price seemed high but after comparing with other lower quality brands it turned out to be well worth the little extra money. We used it nearly every day the first one and it is still the highlight of the day. Wish we hadn't waited so long to discover this life!

Just got my Aria up and running 2 weeks ago and we've been using it a lot! the kids and the hubby love it and I definitely love it as well!! It is very relaxing to soak in the hot tub in the morning...
