I have nothing but good things to say about the Envoy model, from the space to the jets to the ambiance, it has exceeded my expectations. I was also very pleased with the service I received from Nadine at Arvidson's. She was very informative and went out of her way to make sure we were all set up with our tub.

Best Room addition EVER!!!!

Since we added a paver patio and set our newly purchased Envoy spa on it, it has been one of the best additions to our home.. This "New Room" provides such a great place to relax, have conversation and the view of the night sky beats watching any show on TV as well as relaxes us so we get the best night sleep you could ever want.
On the purchase side of this addition, Working with Nick and the staff at Arizona Hot Tub made the purchase, install and training about as easy as you could possibly imagine. We highly recommend working with these folks and adding a "new and enjoyable" addition to your home and lifestyle.

Having barely lived through our first spa purchase, due to constant leaks after only 2 years, water filtration issues, wasps building nests inside the cabinet, and extremely high energy bills, I swore I'd never own another spa. My love for my bride of 25 years and her enjoyment, for what little time it lasted with our first spa, and the fact the dealer offered to cancel our $2k repair bill for the first spa, I purchased our 2nd spa. The dealer assured us the Hot Springs spa is constructed and engineered to provide decades of top notch performance with extremely low electric bills and none of the leaks we fought (and lost) with our first Integrity Spa (made in China). So far, we love the design, the filtration, the wireless remote is amazing, and the overall fit and finish. Water balance was extremely easy.
One unusual thing, I purchased the Watkins prefilter to fill it and I suspect it was defective as the water was brown as iced tea. The dealer was surprised too. But, after draining it and cleaning all the filters, purchasing another filter (expensive), its now crystal clear.
Another tip, skip the strips and go with the Taylor test kit. It is so much easier to titrate and see results than for my old eyes to try to guess if the color is accurate or not. The Taylor K-2005C is the one to get for sure. Larger sized chemical bottles.

the hot tub is great but the filters keep getting plugged up and then it quits. we only got to use the hot tub 3 times and the filter was plugged again. but other than that the spa is fantastic thanks and have a great day this is the 2nd service visit in 2 weeks

Hello plugged filters. I am not sure what sandy compound you are referring to. All of our spas are water tested before they leave the factory. However, I am interested in seeing what you are seeing. I will email you and see how I can help. Thank you for your comment.

Great Hot Tub. the only negative is keeping the water clear. Will be one year old this August and i have had to drain the water 3 times already. Not sure if it is quality of the filters or something else but i keep getting hazy water with lots of what looks like scales or little particles floating all over. The only place the jets don't hit is the back of the neck. All other major parts are great.

Hot tub is great, haven't had a problem with pump or heater at all. Had a few cracked panels that were replaced. Only suggestions would be to use different materiel for the moto-massage due to a small plastic piece where a screw is come off, had to glue it down. Quality would of been higher if it wan'st for this.

We've had the tub for 6 years trouble free. Now, even after rigorous and frequent (3 - 4 months) cleaning, with the water at temperature (102F) and with the jets on (even at a low setting), we now get an acrid odor that causes coughing. Has anyone else encountered this? What do you do to get rid of it as cleaning has not done the trick. We use BaquaSpa chemicals. Yes the chemistry is in range.

Five years ago we bought our ENVOY Hot Spring hot tub, thinking it would be great for relaxation. But it has turned into a whole lot more than that! We use it to warm up in Wisconsin's cold winters, enjoy the songbirds and other critters in our woodsy backyard, benefit from the therapeutic value of the hot water and tub jets, and to gaze at the stars,planets, and the not-so-distant International Space Station in motion. We cannot figure out why more people in our city and neighborhood don't have spas. Ours is awesome in so many ways.

I love my Envoy and I wish I could rate it higher. I think a lot of improvements have been made since 2004 but here is what I have experienced. Pump 1 replaced 3 times, every 4 years. Pump 2 replaced once at 6 years. Wooden frame under siding ate by carpenter ants at 8 years. Had to remove all siding rebuild framing and reattach siding. Both pillows replaced twice. The current pillows are much better than the originals. Inside control panel replaced twice but under warranty both times. Current controls appear much better made. I recommend Hot Springs because they are much better now but I have to be honest about mine.

I would like to gather more information about your experience. Please look for an email from me. You also bring up a good point about pest and how they can cause damage to your property. Using an exterminator around your spa much like you would around your home, can prolong the life of your spa. Thank you for your recommendation and for being a loyal Hot Spring owner. I really enjoy my tub. I have had it for over a year now and it keeps getting better. I use my tub 2 - 4 times a week. The maintenance is simple and the monthly cost is inexpensive. Best addition to my off time.

We purchased our spa in July 2015 and received it late August 2015. We spent an entire day at 7 different places before we decided to purchase the hot springs envoy! We paid double what we were going to at what our runner up tub was going to be... And what a mistake that was! We spent the extra money on the blu tooth speakers and salt water system. Since, we have had nothing but problems!!! The remote has caused us the biggest problem. On 5 occasions now it doesn't work. And what I mean is we can't even use the spa. We have had to have service calls each time. Each time nobody comes for 3-5 days... Remember, we have only had it 8 months!!! The speakers and remote link when they want, I'm told troubleshooting ways to fix it... And I should be troubleshooting in its first year! We are both very technologically savvy and still does not work... My recommendation... Forget the salt water feature... Spend half as much and enjoy! Do NOT buy this tub! We regret it and tell everyone we know daily. Unless you're buying for looks only because it is beautiful

I have owned the Envoy for three years now. All of the jets work just as they did the first day I turned them on. My only concern is the spa exterior cabinet, it seems to be a bit faded but the spa does sit in the direct sun.

This is our first spa and we are so glad that we chose the Envoy! Growing older sucks, but this spa makes it just a bit more comfortable. We both suffer from different aches and pains and it is nice to come home from play or work and just relax.
