Tub Leaks

We have had the Envoy for a little over a month and it is leaking and losing water, also one of the motors is not working properly it sounds like it is straining and the pressure of the jets has diminished. We have a phone call in to the service department of the dealer we bought the tub from. The dealer is terrific we bought our pool from them too. We are confident they will get the tub up and running correctly. We are disappointed to say the least considering the price of the Envoy and the the problems in the very short time we've owned it. When it was working properly, the jets are strong and we did enjoy relaxing in it. The design to enter the tub isn't the best. You have to get in by stepping on the hump of the recliner not easy to maneuver. The other thing we are experiencing a lot of foam output and have since day one. We are hoping that the leak and mechanical issues are a simple fix so we can start enjoying our tub.

While entering or exiting a body of water can feel a bit uneasy, there are aids that can help. A handrail that fits with your spa also swivels to help the bather going in or out of the spa. If there is anything that we can do to assist please contact Customer Service at 800-999-4688 ext. 8432.

Love my Envoy saltwater spa!

My wife and I have been really enjoying our new Envoy! The saltwater system is well worth the upgrade, very easy to care for.
The captains chair and Moto jet feel wonderful! Love the touch screen remote, And the Bluetooth stereo with subwoofer is a must!

Overall very satisfied. One issue came up recently which i was surprised to see. The spa gets some direct sun during the day and it appears that the speaker on the sun side is fading and turning yellow.
We've Any recommendations?
Again, overall we're happy with the spa.

Plastics directly exposed to sunlight for long periods of time can begin to fade. I am not aware of a spa specific product that restores the look of the plastics. However, they usually can be found in an automotive store.

Remote control will only last about two months!

I purchased the envoy. Upon delivery the deverter valves were noisy and the water feature valve would not completely share off.
The major problem is the remote, I have had the spa for six months, at the end of two months the remote stopped working. It took another two months to get the replacement and it also lasted only two months.
At this point I am regretting my purchase of a Hot Springs spa.

Great way to end the Day

Had a leak in the light housing when we first got the tub but, that was quickly resolved by our dealer and have been enjoying our hot tub ever since.
We felt that HotSpring tubs give you the best overall quality and comfort and this is why we purchased the Envoy.

Loving my spa!

We have had our spa for about 2 months. During those 2 months our remote stopped working and the wood on the steps started to split. We immediately contacted Coleman's and the items were quickly replaced with sincere apologies! They even came out and spent an hour with us to teach us all about our spa! We've been so pleased! Our ONLY complaint, which we never realized never knew we even needed, is the absence of cup holders! There is absolutely nowhere to set a drink!!

Got a very good deal on a new Envoy with the Ace salt water at stem from The Pool Source in RI. Everyone involved was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Very easy to set up and run.

We Love Our Envoy Spa

The Envoy is our second HotSprings Spa, as we owned an even larger one (can't remember the model name) before we moved to California from out of state. Both product have been extremely satisfactory. Powerful relaxing jet massage, hand and foot massage, ease of maintenance (I'm experienced at it, so I find it very easy to take care of, but it is easy to learn how to maintain properly, and HotSprings provides good instructions). Very much trouble free for the past year and half that we have owned the Envoy. A small problem emerged with the Moto-Massage, and it was promptly corrected under warranty at no cost.

Another Hot Tub on Table Rock Lake

Enjoying our hot tub immensely. Branson Pool and Spa were great. However, the pre-filter we purchased from Watkins turned the water brown and was defective, bought another one, and it was fine. 30 days after it was installed, the 30 Amp breaker kept tripping. Dealer replaced that and it resolved the issue. Ozonator is producing brown stains on the grate or cap with all the holes in it. Water is balanced perfectly and is checked with the Taylor kit 2 to 3 times weekly. Dealer ordered new cap and ozonator and will install soon. Love the remote control, the ability to fully control LED colors and levels, and the layout of the tub. Twice the cost of our first hot tub, but if I'm leak free, hornet's nest free (in the cabinet) and no other parts replaced in the next 3 years, I'm a lifetime customer and it was well worth it. My bride of 23 years and I love our hot tub, our quiet nights looking up at the stars God created, and our 3 lovely children love the hot tub too.

So relaxing. We love our new spa. It's easy to maintain and always ready for use. The optional Bluetooth speakers are placed in just the right spots so that you can clearly hear music even while the jets are on. I also separately purchased a Bluetooth transmitter for my outdoor TV and can now watch TV and listen to the sound through my spa's speakers. We are thrilled that we chose a HotSpring Spa.

This is our second Hot Spring spa and it's everything we could ever want in a tub. We've had this one for going on 9 years now and it remains an excellent product. For us, this is ongoing physical therapy and it works wonders - we would not be without a Hot Springs Spa. We both have spinal issues and recently, the hubby tore his biceps tendon that required surgery. Rehabbing in the tub allowed him to make excellent progress in less time that anticipated and he was able to return to full duty a month early. Thanks, Hot Springs!
