We love our new Envoy. Previous hot tub was a Grande that we had for over ten years and really enjoyed. We're very glad we made the upgrade to the Envoy. Our Envoy utilizes the ACE salt water system and has excellent Jet strength in every seat. We also really enjoy the Bluetooth sound system. Whenever I've had to go into the Sugarcreek Plaza store for products, the service (Becky) is excellent; informative & helpful. I would highly recommend the Envoy to new or returning hot tubbers considering a spa purchase. I honestly can't see how you can go wrong.

We looked at hot tubs for about 6 months before we made our decision to buy a hot springs tub. Hands down best investment that we have made. We all enjoy getting in it for therapy every day. Its a great way to just de stress.

We have owned our spa for about six months now. I have been disappointed with every aspect of this spa...we have had nothing but trouble the whole six months. The ace system has been replaced, we have had trouble with the water and chemicals the whole time and now the screen on the remote has went dark! I have a call in now for more repairs. We have not been able to enjoy the spa like we thought we would.

We have had our hot tub for ten years now and it looks like new. It's just started to run into problems recently but I'm sure it will be an easy fix. My wife uses the hot tub daily and it helps her sleep.

Not Impressed with HOTSPRING SPA

This is the 3rd Hot springs spa i have owned, i am "Not Impressed" with the new Envoy. Within an hour after having it set up in a newly built spa room it began leaking causing a huge mess. I immediately called the dealer and he said it had to be defective so he instructed me to empty the hour old tub. Luckily the dealer had another one on order so it was only 10 days to replace the defective tub with a new one. Then, within a few weeks my breaker started kicking and the water was cold. This was repaired with a new breaker. Now, i just went to my tub and didnt look at the logo light and stepped in and quickly hopped out, the temperature setting was on 102 degrees where i always keep it, but the remote was showing the temperature was now 107 degrees and was sizzling hot. I am not sure what the problem is because i havnt talked to the dealer as of yet. I have had this tub for 3 months and i am about ready to sell it and call it quits with Hot Springs. Luckily our local dealer is very knowledgeable and understanding. After all of this i just opened a letter from Watkins and was told that warranty is going to cover the replacement of the tub that was leaking. Watkins is really with it, the letter was wrote early Dec and just mailed this week. I wish they knew what it required for me to clean up the 50 gallons of water that leaked from a new tub and then the work to change them out !!!!!

This is our second Hot Spring spa. Our Sovereign gave us 20 years of relaxation and enjoyment. Our new Envoy so far has been even better. There isn't a better way to end a hectic day or week than with a soak in a hot springs spa!!

I've been looking to buy a hot tub for years. When I discovered the hot springs hot tubs, I realized no other hot tub compared! I bought my Envoy NXT in October 2016 and absolutely love it! It is very energy efficient, easy to keep clean and best of all, it's beautiful. I love that I can set the timer for the lights to come on at the same time every day. And the lights on the corners are really pretty at night time.

We like our new spa and use it at least 4 days a week. The lounger ended up being the favorite chair, which we had no idea would be the case. The energy usage is a little higher than expected. We are reserving judgement there and are waiting another few months to see if things level out based on more predictable usage.

Our spa is 5+ years old and only had one problem with a jet when it was three years old and still under warranty. It was fixed expediently and there was no charge! We use our hot tub in the winter just about every weekend. We love it and think it is one of our best investments ever! At my husband's company there are people who have other brands of hot tubs and have trouble all the time with theirs. So glad we chose Hot Spring!

Our first hot tub. Thus far we really like the hot tub. We don't have enough history to provide longer term feedback, but no complaints thus far. One improvement would be a variable speed drive on the pump(s) to be able to reduce jet pressure to a any desired level as it is too strong for all women whom have sat on the more aggressive seats.

Night time tubbing
Hi,
We took delivery of our new Envoy spa on the 8th Dec so cannot score or comment on energy efficiency yet, Never thought me and my wife would own one of these. Had an inflatable spa about 7 years ago and loved that, but this is another thing.
The quality/looks and sheer desire for this tub is mesmerising especially at night with the mood lighting on both in the tub, and in my garden.
Me and my wife have spent every waking second giving excuses just to get in it, the water is just lovely and relaxing, and the jets are something else, they give a lovely soothing massage, but if you turn them up WOW they really get to work on those tired aching muscles which is just what I need as I have worked tirelessly to renovate an old house, plus landscape the back garden to try and turn it into our little place of heaven.
The spa seems to be very well made, and the attention to detail is beautiful, still not worked out what every handle does to divert power etc, but seems pretty straight forward.
The Moto massage is unreal, sweeps up and down your back and feels lovely, almost painful! but lovely.
The controls are very easy even my granddaughter has worked it out, mind you they are pretty switched on these kids now a days.
The cover lifter is a dream and can be lifted with one hand no problem.
Water care is taking some getting used to but have a bit of patience and it seems relatively straightforward and my water is crystal clear so far.
The guys at Melbicks garden centre near Birmingham were awesome and I would like to say a massive Thank You to Kim/Keith and Jack for a wonderful experience.
Kim was so easy to talk with during the sale of the spa, no pushy sales technique, she just listened and advised, loved that. Keith give us a deal we could not refuse "over budget" but hey! your only here once apparently, he then came to install with a young man called Jack who were both brilliant, this thing is huge and had to go in a pretty tight gap, but Keith kept his cool, coordinated the move like a professional. Nice one Keith " I was worried"
Overall the purchase/installation, and the product itself is awesome, we should have done this years ago, for anyone wishing to buy a hot springs spa "just do it" life is too short, treat yourself. We always say, your happy to service your car and spend loads of money, but never really do too much to look after yourself.
Jumping into the spa on a cold evening with the mood lighting on, some quite relaxing music in the background is just what the doctor ordered in every way, I yet to see health benefits, but a smile on my face and my wife is a good place to start.

The Envoy is an outstanding hot tub. We are using it often. The only complaint is maintaining the water. We are frequently readjusting the chemistry based on test strips, despite following the instructions given by the dealer. We noticed these instruction are in contradiction with information inside the filter compartment. We have had the spa for 6 months and still struggle to find the best routine. The overall spa experience is outstanding and would definitely buy this model again.
