I had an 2007 Envoy and loved it. I totally regret selling it in 2010 because we were moving. I will never sell my 2016 Envoy that I just purchased. My back and leg pain issues are so much more manageable thanks to the spa and I look forward to it nearly every evening, especially after those long/stressful days. Worth every penny!

Our Little Oasis!
We've been going back and forth about replacing an old hot tub that we had for a few years. We'd look at them every spring and decide we didn't want to spend the money.This year we looked again, and decided to go for it. We purchased the Envoy, and it's the best thing we've done for ourselves in years!

We have had our Envoy Spa for just over two years. We have had to replace one pump motor and two sound system speakers. The pump and one of the speakers was still under warranty.

So happy with our purchase. We have owned a Jacuzzi hot tub for 15 years and decided it needed to be replaced. So happy with our choice of a Hot Spring. It is very soothing and easy to maintain. The adjustments for the jets makes finding a setting for everyone very easy. Couldn't be happier!

I had a Grandee @ our last house for years and it was great! The only issue I had was that i had it sunk into the paver patio and had to leave it when we sold the house!
I recently had some spine surgery and said it's time to get a spa! I'm in it a couple of time a day just about every day. I really feel it's helping with pain management as well as helping me get to sleep.
Should have done it years ago!
Did not sink this one into a patio, If i ever move it's coming with me!!

Owned a 97 Hot Springs Classic for 20 years. Choose to stay with Hot Springs since they last and stand behind their product. The Envoy is a great tub. Love the multiple seats from deep to shallow. Lighting is great and the water fall tops it off. The Ace system is working great and the water feels great with no smell. Love the spa.

I can't believe I waited so long

This was a purchase that I initially thought was more of a want than a need. I'm here to say that I could not have been more wrong. This spa cures all my ailments from muscles from a hard workout to melting away from the stresses of life. My life would not be the same without my Envoy NXT.

We climbed into our hot tub during one of the Nor'easter storms that came through Maine this winter. It was great to spend family time in the tub, watching the snow fall as thick as a blanket. Of course, watching the night sky once the storm passed was also wonderful.

We upgraded our older model Hot Spring Sovereign in 2015 to a new Hot Spring Envoy and love it. Our experience with our older model made our choice easy when it was time to upgrade Hot Spring makes a reliable product which is easy to maintain. My family uses it daily and we enjoy the conversations and relaxation the Envoy provides us. It's jets provide adjustable settings so setting the flow is easy. The LED lighting enhances your soak as well as the waterfall feature.

My Envoy Spa has given me a healthier life style. I enjoy the privacy of a Spa at home.

I have had my HotSpring Envoy spa for four months. It is the first spa I have ever owned and I absolutely love it. I shopped at two other dealers and decided on HotSpring primarily due to the salt water system option and the "feeling" of quality the spas had when I was in the showroom. Also, the staff at the store were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I worked with Rebecca, Kevin, Andrew, and Kyle and they are all top notch. Since this was my first spa, I was intimidated by the thought of maintaining the water and the fear of investing in a spa only to stop enjoying it after just a few uses. Once I settled into a rhythm and regular schedule, maintaining the water has become much easier. I regularly bring samples into the dealer and have them tested in-house while I wait the couple minutes. This is very convenient for me and I leave with a printout of exactly how much of what to add. I also take this opportunity to ask questions of the awesome staff and to look around the showroom for ideas/new products. Maintaining the water does take some time and initiative. If you are a first-time buyer like I was, be sure to consider your willingness to do this before buying. Since this is my first spa, I am unable to directly compare maintaining the water in my spa to others. From what I am told by other spa owners and from what I've read online, maintaining the water in my spa seems to be pretty typical. Obviously, a more automatic system would be easier. Deciding upon a manufacturer was fairly easy for me due to the reasons I mentioned above, but deciding on which model was much more difficult than I had anticipated. There are so many different models to choose from and each one has so many idiosyncrasies. This is where an experienced and low pressure sales person is invaluable. I decided on the Envoy because I was looking for a 5 or 6 person sized tub, I wanted a lounger (I highly recommend a lounger), and I liked the convenience of the wireless touchscreen remote control. As far as my fear of infrequent use after owning the spa...on average, I am still using it at least every other day. I also highly recommend adding the Bluetooth speaker system. Star gazing from my spa on a clear winter night while listening to good tunes...well, life is pretty good.

I will never regret buying the hot tub itself, but if I had to do it over I would pass on the ACE system. The system apparently is meant for very light use. Since my wife and I use it every day, the system cannot sanitize quickly enough. So, we have to chlorinate after every use, making the ACE System extraneous.
