This is our second Envoy. Went to Pools Plus for spa cleaner, looked at the new Envoy, decided it was time to fresh up our 9 year old one. Purchased a new one and we are very pleased with the upgrades.

Prior to owning a HotSpring, I owned a Sundance. While it was a nice tub, it was not near the quality of the HotSpring. The only thing about the Sundance that was any better was that it had a compartment on the filter door where you could put chemical tablets. Beyond that, the HotSpring is leaps and bounds better! It is fast to heat up and the jet are very powerful. Each seat is comfortable so regardless of where you sit, it is enjoyable. Whether it was a good or bad day, there is no better way to end the day than with a soak in my HotSpring Hot Tub. It melts the stress right off and relaxes me for a good night sleep. If I were to need another tun, it would be HotSpring all the way!!

Never thought i would love the comforts of the Envoy spa. Truly impressed that it is easy to maintain. This product was purchased for therapeutic purpose only for current medical issues and it truly serves its purpose.

We have enjoyed our spa!! We looked at purchasing a nice size spa, with lots of different sitting stations. We also looked for easy use and easy maintenance care. We found it in the Envoy. We have spent a lot of good relaxing time in the spa. The water temperature stays constant and the water feels very soft and clean.(clear) Thank you for a great product.

My beautiful Envoy!

We have only had it for 1 day so far. It has all the water features that I could ever hope for. I was a little disappointed in the water quality, but in all fairness, the chemistry is not right yet. I was getting some of those ugly bubbles around the filter. I was told that the better chemicals eliminate this issue. Hopefully, once the chemistry is correct, I won't see that anymore. There is not an easy place to climb into the tub, but we make due. Once we are in the tub, it is magic.
We researched a lot of hot tubs, and found this to be the best of the best. I had to change dealers and I hated to do that. We had been buying from our old dealer for 30 plus years. He sold the brother to ours, the Caldera. But it just was not the Envoy.

We decided on a hot tub over the summer, largely due to the therapeutic benefits of a spa and the relaxation. We are in the hot tub every day and we love it! So relaxing, easy to care for, roomy, jets are amazing!!! Can't say enough good things about our Envoy! Highly recommend!!

We spend as much time in it as we can. We got it in Augest, and kept the temperature down around 98. It's finally getting colder, so we turned it up and are looking forward to getting in tonight to watch the stars!

We love our 2016 Envoy. We got it to replace the 2010 Envoy that was a lemon. This new hot tub is everything we always thought a Hot Springs spa should be. Great comfort and ease of use. The Ace system fails often and is expensive to replace.
We love everything about the Envoy except the Ace cell.
Our dealer is amazing and always a great help.

We purchased our hot tub last year while looking at BBQ Islands. We ended up buying both and have been very happy.
The hot tub is extremely easy to care for - no water issues in over a year! The Ion sanitizer keeps the water crystal clear. We have yet to change the water. We just follow the instructions provided by the staff and it makes it easy.

We have the Ace Salt Filter System for our hot tub. This is by far the easiest hot tub to maintain. (we have had other hot tubs that seem to have issues immediately) Our hot tub is used at least 250 of the 365 days a year. We live in Northern WV where the winters are very cold and lots of snow; the water is always the same temperature. Love, Love Love our hot tub. Also, the dealer, Hot Springs Spas of the Alleghenies, are by far the BEST, MOST EFFICIENT, HONEST, NON-PUSHY group of individuals you could ever want to make a deal with. We recommend them to everyone that asks about our hot tub......

Fantastic Hot Springs Product

This is an amazing hot tub, it is easy to care for, monitoring the salt system is virtually carefree, and we would recommend to anyone considering a hot tub purchase to go with Hot Spring. The previous tub we owned was nothing compared to the Envoy! We have been in our Envoy at least 5 times a week since its purchase and LOVE it! It is well worth the investment to be able to relax as we enjoy our Envoy. The salt water system is a blessing, as there is no harsh chemical smell or feel on our bodies after being in our Envoy.. The cover lift is wonderful, I am a small person with numerous back issues, I can lift the cover off/on with one hand with NO pain. Hot Springs customer service is fantastic and very helpful. Again, we would recommend Hot Spring to anyone considering a hot tub purchase!

Good value for the price. Excellent service for delivery. Wish we would have considered what type of tub would be best for us. Hard to get in and out of and the design is challenging for how the tub was set, where they placed the hand rails and there is no edge to sit on in order to get in and out of the tub. Also, they did not have the speakers or the sound system in by time for delivery. Disappointed in that. Will, Cj & Dallas were good to work with.

I purchased my Envoy back in July, and was delivered in early August. Both myself and my wife absolutely LOVE it!! Highly recommend it to anyone that is on the fence about buying one. Everything about it is top notch. From the design, features, and maintenance, to the local sales and installation team. Could not be happier!!

I love my Envoy NXT Hot tub! It is so relaxing and such a beautiful spa! I use it almost everyday. It's the best purchase I ever made and have no regrets. It helps with the soreness of my ankle and back. After I use the hot tub in the evening before bed, I feel I sleep better too. I have only had it for 2 weeks now so I can't tell about the energy efficient side till I see the electric bill that's why I only rated it a 3. I'm still working on my backyard and as soon as it's complete, I will post a picture of the hot tub. I purchased my hot tub from Pinch A Penny Pool, Patio, and Spa in Panama City, FL. They are so wonderful over there, especially Daniel, the sales person and Seth, the installer. I would definitely recommend a hot springs spa and if you live in the area go see Daniel at Pinch a Penny.

I love our Envoy HotSpring's Hot tub! Had a different brand tub before and was always broken down or in need of repairs! Have owned our Envoy for about 7 years now and has been virtually maintenance free. Much more time to relax and enjoy!
