I start ever morning and end every night in my tub. Best purchase we have made. No more aches and pains, stress level is down, and overall quality of life has improved and we couldn't be happier. Our dealer was fantastic. Great service before and after sale.

We took our time and did our research. This is a great hot tub. Makes for great quality time together. Relieves stress and sleep better. We are looking forward to the winter dips too. We have the salt water system and love it. It makes water care much easier.

I've owned a Hot Spring spa in the past and knew the quality and performance. The new Envoy is even better. My kids and I use daily and I look forward to the nightly conversations I get to have with them while in the tub!

My Hot Spring spa

Absolutely love my Hot Springs Spa, I bought it in 2006, and use it almost every day, unless it is 100 degrees out or I get home late. After a hard days work, I get in the hot tub, and listen to some good music. Almost as good as going to the beach. I highly recommend getting a Hot Tub Spa. The maintenance is minimal, just add chemicals, and wash the tub weekly.

John Stokoe in the Norwich sales centre helped us a great deal, answered all our questions, demonstrated each of the hot tubs ( several times) and was very informative as well as being very patient !
John matched our needs with our budget which helped us to make the correct choice.

What I"ve Always Wanted!

We replaced a 16 year old Hot Spring Envoy (purchased with our home one year ago) with an Envoy--of course!! We love ALL the updates. What an enjoyable, relaxing experience for our family. Sore, tense muscles and worries are eased. So much fun at night with the multiple lights on. A true pleasure to own.

love the last tub I had with control panel built in. lost it in a bad winter. replaced with newer model with remote. has been a nightmare as heat kills electrical components. And SURPRISE warranty does not cover. in addition the lounge jet is poorly made as it has been replaced 4 times. it pulls apart. my advice is to stay away from the remote. over all you get what you pay for and Hot Springs is the best. Just sad about these design flaws.

We love it. We got this hot tub last year for our joint anniversary gift. It is very easy to care for, never find dirty water. We test weekly and rarely have to add anything but chlorine. We use it several times a week and we’ll worth the price we paid. I wanted it for foot pain and my husband for back pain. We both wanted it just to relax. We go in before bed and sleep great. No more pain and relaxed. Thank you hot Springs!

we have had our tub for less than a month and so far it is very easy to maintain and feels great. At this point We really can not really properly access everything as we are new owners. But let me say that we purchased a HotSpring as a friend has the same model from 10 years ago and has had NO problems. In fact she purchased a HotSpring because her sister has one an her sister has had no problems to this day.

This is our first time owning a hot tub, so we decided to go for it and get one that will last and have jets for everything we want. We are still getting familiar with it and learning about it, but we LOVE it! So glad we purchased the Envoy and we know we will enjoy it for years to come!

Our family has loved our new Hot Springs Envoy hot tub! The Moto jet is incredible and the other jets are able to hit just the right spot for relaxation and rejuvenation. We have noticed that a few minutes before bed to relax physically and connect with one another has led to more restful night sleeps. This was a wonderful investment in family time and physical health! If you're going to spend money and effort getting a hot tub, get one that is the best...that's a Hot Springs!

Bought our first Hot Springs Spa in the 80s loved it had it forever. Traded it in bought our second hot spring spa. Loved it. We moved. It moved with us and all we had to do was plug it in. Love it still. Have had no problems with the hot tubs so decided to buy a small one for the beach hot. Love it too. The hot tubs last forever so I will continue loving my Envoy for a really long time.
