We moved a left our Caldera tub at our old home and decided to purchase a Hot Springs tub to replace it. Fortunately, our dealer has been there to support us because thus far I've been dissapointed with Hot Springs. The tub was supposed to come with the new Fresh Water salt system; however, after filling the tub and trying to start the system it went into error mode. I called my dealer and discovered that a number of tubs left the Hot Springs factory with old ACE software and components incorporated into the new system by error. Components needed to be switched out and software flashed. Since that time, we've been plagued with cloudy water- seems the salt content is too high in our water, even though I added less salt than the instructions called for. Our dealer advised the system doesn't require as much salt in the water, but that info wasn't part of any instructions we received. I'm a long time hot tub owner, so this isn't new to me and thus far it's been a disappointing experience. We had zero such problems with our Caldera tub. Still hoping once the bugs are worked out the Hot Springs tub is worth the extra money - the jury is still out.

So Happy With Envoy

We live in Queen City, Texas. We visited 3 dealers within 100 miles of our home. We also looked at 2 other brands. We chose East Texas Spa. We were convinced they have the staff and service. Zach made the deal, and since we did our search we got the best deal. We got the Covercradle II and the pop up speakers with the bluetooth sound system,the freshwater salt system and the ever wood steps. Our Envoy has the white interior with shale exterior. Mark @ ETS walked us thru all our questions and delivered great customer service. My wife deals with a lot of pain, associated with being a RN for 2 decades. The tub therapy is doing it's job and it is a beautiful tub.

We have had our Envoy for a few months now and absolutely love it!! It's a great place to relax and spend time with friends and family!! The HotSpring Spa staff have been helpful through and through and we highly recommend HotSpring spas!!

I took delivery of my Envoy 8 months ago. The spa continually goes into check flow mode and will not operate. This happens normally once a week. The longest I have had normal operation is about 3 weeks. I have called the dealer several times. A Tech was finally sent to check the issue and told me the system just needed reset. He showed me how to reset the system, which includes removing the back of the remote and shutting down the main power. After following what the Tech suggested, the spa will operate for 1 to 5 days before it has to be reset again. I have had a spa for over 20 years so its not like I don't know how clean and maintain a spa. This is my first and last Hot Springs.

I Highly recommend Happy hot tubs! After spending a considerable amount of time on several Sunday’s visiting so called Hot tub specialists in search of some expert advise, I eventually found Happy Hot Tubs of Mappleborough Green, Warwickshire, where there was a very knowledgable guy call Luke Griffiths, there was no pressured selling and a real interest in making sure I bought the correct Hot Tub which suited our needs.
The after care service has also been excellent, by head office and Luke’s been available to answer any questions, great purchase !

My day consists of being on my feet all day at work and by the time I get home every night I'm fatigued and sore. After only 3 days of use I feel amazing and body feels rested !! Also love the control panel extremely easy to use and maintain this spa!

Have had our Envoy now for just over one month. We are first time spa owners, in our mid-to -late fifties, and are enjoying nearly every night. It seems to help us both sleep sounder, and I definitely notice I wake up less stiff and sore than previous to having the spa.
The Envoy seems to be a quality build, and offers lots of jet arrangements to address nearly every conceivable spot that might need attention. Our spa came with the ACE sanitizing system as we purchased a floor model and it was already installed. But having used it, I believe it to be beneficial and would recommend it. The spa itself is highly recommended for anyone who enjoys lounging in a hot bath or having sore muscles massaged.

Having upgraded from a Jetsetter to a Envoy via a Prodigy & Sovereign, I can say without any hesitation, the Envoy is by far the most versatile, comfortable, relaxing Spa possible, especially with some therapeutic scents added to the mix. The stereo system works perfectly and I couldn't be happier!

Our first Hot Springs Spa lasted 27 years so when it was time to retire it, the choice was clear, another Hot Springs Spa. We loved the old hot tub but the new one is so much better. More seating options and the jets are much more powerful. It would have been hard to justify but we wish we had updated sooner.

Excellent performance making for a very enjoyable experience. Only issue was sidewalls bowed in the cold. Our dealer is addressing the issue with the factory. Expect the issue to be fully resolved.
