When we replaced our old spa with our new Envoy which is larger our electric bill went down. I was told it would cost about $30.00 a month to operate our new spa. Based on the reduction of our electric bill when we bought our spa in 2003 that was an accurate estimate,.
I wish our Envoy had drink holders but it doesn't.
The water is easy to care for, much easier than our old spa. My wife and I found that the easiest way to deal with the filters was to use our pressure washer. Our filters lasted about 5 years.
Our spa is eight years old and never a problem.
The most relaxing way to end the day..... Can also be a very romantic place to be for the wife and I.

Owned over 6 years and finally have to replace filters. Kind of expensive, but i knew this when I bought it. Not bad for filters and even at a high price its only about ten dollars a year. Cover only lasted 5 years, but I just had the old one reapolstered. I live in the desert and this is also expected in our climate. All in all no major problems, we use it every day.

Problem After Problem

After getting our Envoy Hot Tub we've had one problem after another. It was delivered damaged on the outside casing. The Motomassage went out a few months into owning it. We had to have a new motor put into it three months later and it has begun operating very loudly. If we didn't truly enjoy relaxing in a hot tub, I would've really made a stink over all these things. I had to save several years to get enough money to buy this and it was to be a treat after a hard day of work. I am probably too passive. However, think long and hard andly serious comparison shopping.

You never buy anything of quality and regret the purchase. This tub is the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day or to start the day with before your shower! I can't imagine what people due without a hot tub in the backyard!! This tub costs less to run than my smaller first tub and the jet action can't be beat. The pressure is remarkable.

We have had our Hot Springs spa for just over a year now and I have to say it was our best purchase ever. My family and friends use it all year. Very easy to take care of, I do all of the water maintence myself and I find that it is easier than the swimming pool. So glad we made this purchase.

The salt system is great, unfortunately, the sensor frequently misreads the salt as being too low and the clorination system shuts off.

We've had our Envoy for about a year. It's given our retirement a whole new life. At 67 you get aches and stiffness and the Hot Spring jets are just the cure. When the weather is nice we use it morning and evening, everyday. And when the stars are out everything feels new again. Thanks Hot Spring for a great product.

SPA IS VERY NICE...HOWEVER, ACE SALT WATER SYSTEM HAS BEEN A PROBLEM. I DO NOT BELIEVE SYSTEM WAS PROPERLY TESTED BEFORE INTRODUCING. HAVE BEEN THROUGH 2 CELLS AND THIRD IS SHOWING SIGNS OF FAILURE

Problem with Salt Cleaning System

Water care was a lot easier before i put in the salt system. It's very tricky to keep the water at the right level. I am sorry I bought it. I should have stayed with the bromine.

We refinanced our house with rates so low in order to create a patio & hot tub oasis! This is by far the best return on our house investment! We feel spoiled! It has turned our home into an "everyday is a vacation" feeling! We live in the northeast and decided it was more economical to go with a hot tub rather than an inground pool since we can use our hot tub EVERYDAY of the year but not with a pool! I did my homework before we bought our hot tub. HOT SPRINGS is the BEST hot tub overall! The no chlorine diamond natural chemical water cleaning technology is EXCELLENT! No chlorine at all! No Chemicals to buy! The ENVOY is the best model in my opinion...not too big...not too small AND has TWO loungers! The calf jets and the hand jets have been those noticeable fine details we have come to really appreciate!

This hot tub was purchased to help with relief of arthritis pain.
I enjoy it year round, even into single digit temperatures! It's very relaxing and very easy to care for. The manual tells you everything you need to know. I would recommend this spa to anyone!

Our Envoy Spa purchase was right on the money. We enjoyed it all winter and now the spring/summer early mornings , as the sun comes up, is a real treat also. There is no better way to start the day or finish the day than relaxing in our spa. This has been one of the best values we have ever experienced for our dollar. Our spa is efficient to maintain and we have experienced no problems with the operation of the system. The water quality is great!

My wife and I love our Envoy. This is our first spa, (purchased about a year ago) and the expectation / anxiety level was high. We have had one problem so far; a pump failed, which was replaced under warranty quickly by the people where we made the purchase, no fuss.
We are quite happy with our choice of Hot Spring, the Envoy model and the local seller that represents them (Hot Spring) in a very friendly and professional manner.
So the bottom line is: would I do it again, and the answer is: YES!

We have had our spa repaired 3 times since purchasing 6 months ago. It is great when it is working-relaxing, soothing, and comfortable. We love being in our spa and watching the stars. Water care has been easy. The increase in our electric bill was minimal.

The old tub sprung a leak after 18 years of service. The dealer cried -- and so did I -- when they hauled it to the land fill. We hope the new tub will last as long.
