The Envoy is very spacious. My kids, 7 and 9 love going in. The color and water features make it fun for them in the evenings. For us adults it is very relaxing at the end of the day too. My wife finds her way into the hot tub almost every evening. Very happy with our Envoy

At the end of a day of skiing, a long afternoon in the canoe or early morning coffee there is no place that I would rather be than in my Hot Spring Envoy looking out at Mt. Washington. The varied and comfortable seating, versatile jets and easy maintenance make this tub a simple joy to own and enjoy. It took a long time to make the decision to make this purchase, but it is one that I will never regret. My dealer has been a gem and I have nothing but praise for the product and their service.

I am really enjoying our new Envoy tub, purchased in Nov 2013. My favorite aspect is the adirondack seat. I do think, however, that Hot Spings can figure out a way to have more jets running at the same time, instead of alternating. So far, I have a few concerns - the plastic parts are not very durable - the plastic rings around a few of the jets keep falling off. And one of the exterior knobs has fallen off. Lastly,the adirondack seat should have a pillow especially based on how the person is leaning back in the tub - not very comfortable for your head.

We love our spa.......when it's not broken. We've had it for two years, but have had around 8 service calls to fix a number of issues, including the heater, temp sensor, broken manifold, warped cabinet, and others. The dealer has fixed all of these issues; however, after a while we get tired of constantly having the spa fail and then waiting for the dealer to come out and fix it. It's broken twice in the past two weeks. We paid a premium for a Hot Spring Spa, but now believe we paid too much for the quality we expected to be there and it wasn't.

there are a lot of spas out there some even more less expensive, but for dependability you cant beat hot springs. They are there for you if anything comes up. I had my spa for seven years and have some maintenance which was covered under warranty. One time in seven years awesome.

Had a bad set up experience guys showed up at 5pm suppose to start at 1pm finished at 10pm. Woke up the next morning temp at 51 temp that night was 54 heater kicking out happened more the next week due to the filters being dirty, info that we did not know. Now to add to the bad set up we noticed a crack in the inside. We have only had the hottub 3 1/2 weeks hope they make things right so we can start to enjoy it. I recommend this product when it works and with the proper setup.

Excellent hot tub - it is always ready! The ease of care fits our busy lifestyle - and the special roller chair is a definite benefit for low back therapy. Hot Springs Envoy is the best therapy tub available.

I am very impressed with Hot Springs customer service. I had an issue with my one year old Envoy spa and Hot Springs working with Tucson Pool and Spa in Tucson Az. agreed to exchange my spa for a new one. I had not expected, but greatly appreciated a company that stands behind and honors their warranties. This is truly a remarkable company that stands behind their product. They are also careful on who they choose to represent them and Tucson Pool and Spa was wonderful to work with in resolving the issue quickly and painlessly. I wish there were more companies like Hot Springs. A Hot Springs spa is not an inexpensive investment but as the saying goes "You get what you pay for".

We purchased ours at the end of summer. My husband likes to cool it off and get in at the end of his day during the warm weather. I prefer to be in it during the cold weather. I really enjoy getting in it after work to soothe my aching muscles before I go to bed-I sleep so much better when I do!. Love all the different seats and jet configurations!

We bought our Hot Spring tub in the fall of 2006 at the same time we got a new car. You guessed it an Envoy. We no longer have the car but the hot tub lives on. 7 yrs and counting, I cant wait to get in it each and every day. The test drives are done now but the warm and powerful massages I get are to wonderful not to mention. Since our purchase we have had little need for factory service calls. Your warranties are the best it the business by far! Our tub has been the easiest, reliable, most enjoyable, prettiest (white pearl in grey cabinet) single item we have ever purchased. It is easy on the electricity as you exclaim by using on average $30 to $35 a month. The lid has been replaced once at year 5. The cabinet is in great shape. The pumps and motors have never had issue, the headrests are just now due to replace from sun exposure so to say it lives on is to say that we are well on our way to get to the 25 year limited shell warranty. We now have grandbabies and it is amazing how fast it will warm back up after letting it cool down for them to enjoy. I can't say enough good things that have come about because of the tub, health reasons, family, parties,bragging rights. We enjoy it year round and have a heated floor mat for winter here in Michigan as well as a 10' square Garden Winds umbrella that we bought at time of purchase ... a winning combination for sure. It has been a pleasure to have your tub and to work with you and your technicians, the setup and information provided when purchased was phenomenal even tho it took me a year to learn the 101 of water care the salespersons (Erin)at your stores are unquestionably the most pleasant and well informed person to ask info from and always so helpful. 5 star plus************ Thank you for making life a little easier and a lot more comfortable

Both my husband and I have back problems and sore muscles. We get in our hot tub and just feel the ease of our aches and pains going away. I especially like the moto massage jets that go up and down your spine. This was the deciding factor of which HotSprings to purchase...that sold me! We absolutely LOVE our HotSprings Tub!

Beautiful Spa, but exterior parts are not up to par

Let's start positive, I saw no change in my electricity bill. The spa itself is really beautiful and takes little maintenance to keep up. The internal pieces have worked like a champ for 5 years now....Now for the cons....We bought this spa and within the first 6 months the headrests split and broke off. Within the next couple of months the auxiliary panel had to be replaced, but was broken again within less than a year. The cover straps broke off after a year. The cover started retaining water after about a year and a half of purchase which finally caused the hinges to disengage from the cover and the styrofoam (which was not reinforced, how's a screw gonna stay in styrofoam?) after about 2 years. The filters were supposed to be lifetime but began flaking off leaving gummy pieces in the hot tub. I really love having a hot tub, but I don't think Hot Springs makes a 100% quality spa.

I'd like to look at the other issues more closely with you as the cover, for example, DOES have metal reinforced channels along the edge of one cover half onto which the lifter arms are to attach. A darn good spa

Over all we are very happy with the spa. We have had our spa for three years now and enjoy it three to four times a week. We have however had a few issues, 1. Spa cover holds a lot of water inside it when it rains. The cover must be lifted off to drain, and not all of the water gets removed leaving one side very heavy and causing some of the seams to rip. This has not been addressed 2. The main and auxiliary control panel stopped working, but repaired under warranty. We only had to pay a $40.00 service call. 3. The jet that mover up and down your back no longer mover/ It has good water flow, filters cleaned, but still will not move. Issue not addressed. Even though we have a few problems with the unit. The benefits and enjoyment far outweighs the conns. As for electrical usage. Our bill increases around $20.00 in winter using the unit three to four times a week, and can not see the increase any other time of the year. I recommend Hot Springs Spas to everyone.

Thanks for the great feedback about the spa and its low energy use! With a good care routine using inexpensive/locally available products, a cover will resist UV aging and can better repel rain/snow. The moto-massage jet that moves up/down is something we'll be glad to troubleshoot with you over the telephone. I used to sell Hot Spring Spas years ago when I was 20 years old & working my way through college. I knew from all my research and training that they were truly the best spa out there. I dreamed of owning my own spa one day, but I was just a kid. Finally, twenty plus years later I made my dream come true. My backyard is now truly a relaxation destination and the best spot in the world to hang out with family and friends.

We absolutely love our new Hot Spring Envoy hot tub. We spend many hours in the spa, relaxing and enjoying the therapeutic aspect of it. My wife mentioned that every evening feels like a Friday night. I'll have to agree.

Great spa...when it's working

I'd like to give a good review, but can't. We've gone through 2 control panels, several months of leaks getting repaired and it just isn't up to par. We've spent money on the warranty repairs as well...and there have been several $50 visits. Customer service was great at times when I called, and average at other times. I'd like to believe I got a lemon based on the stellar reputation Hot Springs has. I would have been more hesitant to post a review with better local service from the repair people.
Sorry about writing this, but you asked. I am not linking this to FB however as I think at points customer service at Hot Springs did their best.

We got our spa in time for Mother's Day and use it daily. It does wonders in relieving aches & pains at the end of the day. Now when we're on vacation away from home we're more anxious than ever to return just so we can use our spa.

We researched and shopped for 6 months before deciding on the Hot Springs Envoy with the Ace Sanitizing System. I can't attest to the energy efficiency yet as we've only had it a little over a month. However, we've used it almost every day, sometimes more than once in a day, and we love it.!!! My husband was not as keen on the idea of a hot tub as I was, but he loves it now that we have it! We love each of the 5 seats as well as the fact that you can position yourself and enjoy jets in positions other than the 5 deigned seats as well. It gives you great flexibility to control individual jets to your liking. The only improvement I can think of would that both of the jet pumps would have a high and low speed. As it is, only one of them has both speeds.
