Took advantage of special financing to get the envoy nxt. NXT is well worth the money. Our family has enjoyed the spa now for over 3 months and every time we get in we are glad we made the purchase. Moto-massage is the bomb.
Hot springs, please develop an in-house charging base for the remote! It would be great to monitor the spa temperature in the winter from the house.

The best hot tub I have experienced. This is the second Hot Spring model I have purchased and would not own another brand , I have not had any major problems with the equipment and the dealer service has been excellent.

Purchased my 2nd Hot Spring Spa after 12 years. My Grande is still in perfect condition after over 10 years and the new owners of my previous home are enjoying it almost nightly. Now I get to enjoy the new features of my Envoy almost every night under the stars. Still the best jets in the industry and even more user friendly.

Overall we love out Envoy hot tub which we've had for about a month now. The variety of jets at the various seating positions are amazing. Light colors available and options in lighting are really cool. Our only constructive criticisms are the difficulty in getting in the tub from the deck - there is no flat surface in which to enter and we wish there was a light in the bottom of the tub. As is, it seems like a "black hole" at the bottom of the tub.

This is the second hot tub I've owned (the first was not a Hot Spring). I love my Envoy and am going on my second year with it. Water care is super easy (my other hot tub I had to micromanage almost daily), my electrical bill has not increased (yay!), and I use my spa almost daily. There is absolutely nothing like having your own wonderful Hot Springs hot tub just outside your back door. The health and stress relief benefits of my Envoy are incredible. I'll say it again, I love it!

Love the look and outstanding detail to every aspect of the Envoy. Water heats quickly when first filling it and love the way the controls are set up. Nothing like getting in it after a hard day and sore muscles and felling the stress and pain fade away.

We had the misfortune of having a gazebo, containing our old hot tub, taken out by a 90-foot hickory tree in a microburst storm. NOW, we have the great fortunate to have gotten our new HotSpring Envoy spa! Wow, so beautiful, high tech and simple to use. There are so many powerful jets, and the lighting is amazing! I recommend the HotSpring brand 110%!

An unbeatable combination. We are very happy with our spa. It is more than we thought possible. Having previously owned a Sundance Spa, we wanted a step-up. We were uncertain regarding ACE...I would never buy a spa without ACE. The system makes ownership and maintenance a breeze.

I purchased the Envoy NXT a few months ago. The design, the look and the comfort are amazing. I love having two motors and one with dual speeds combined with the zoning ...allows for multiple moods and therapy settings.

My update to my Envoy 5 person tub, Ace Salt Water System. Hot Springs came through for me!

Is anyone having issues with the Ace Saltwater Sanitizing System from Hot Springs used in conjunction with your hot tub? My personal complaint/experience is that my cell will go offline in about 8 to 9 months when in the book, it says 14000 hours. That is 19.165 months.. My tub is 3 years old and I am on my 4th rod.... All chemicals, fresh h20, filter, cell very clean. Their system does not live up to the info in their manual.. I am looking for all owners and your opinions, Thank you...

This is our first hot tub to own and we did plenty of research prior to this purchase and we have not been disappointed. The ACE salt water system is the way to go. It keeps the water clean automatically and your skin doesn't dry out as with other chlorine type spas.
Added the optional sound system which we highly recommend.
One of the motors went out within the first week but was quickly replaced by our dealer.

Own Vista which was replaced by Envoy

Purchased my Vista spa about 4 years ago after a wet test in it and another smaller model. I chose the larger Vista (now called Envoy) due to the large variety of jets. I initially used the spa quite a bit but as the summer came not so much. After awhile I noticed my chlorine generator started generating high levels of chlorine which I later found out are bad for the longevity of the spa. It took me awhile before I got the hang of keeping my levels in line with my use because it takes checking chlorine almost daily. I am now well into my learning curve and enjoying my spa even in the summer. As an active 68 year old the 100 degree temps are so soothing to the muscles in the winter and help me sleep better. I also have found that 97 degree temps are also very relaxing in the Atlanta summer especially after a workout. Consequently, I am now loving my HotSpring spa year-round and couldn't be happier. By the way, the folks at HotSpring have been wonderful at answering all of my question and addressing my concerns. If an when my spa wears out I'll be getting another and because of their quality - it will be from HotSpring.
