Seem to have a lot of error messages
When the unit is working it does well but I seem to have regular occurrences where I have the restart the unit by powering it down.

Tub is great. My wife and I use it almost every night. Still trying to get the chemistry just right with the water. I am sure that this would be with any tub though. Everyone's water is different. Too bad the screen doesn't tell you exactly what we need to do. That would be a great improvement. Great idea for a patent! Remember me when you do it.

We have been enjoying the hot tub this fall/winter since its been above normal temps (40-50F instead of 10-30f). After taking down the pool, a hot tub seemed like a natural progression. Nobody ever said "you will absolutely love your pool" but thats all we hear when we mention the hot tub! Quality is top notch and we look forward to many years of soaking after long work days or long play days! Looking forward to our first snow fall so we may experience the beauty of watching from the tub! Cheers

We thought upon delivery the tub would be filled with water and ready to go in hours. Well... We had to fill the tub and get the ACE system going. We were a little bummed untill we discovered how easy the set up really was!! Loving being a "tubber"!!

We have had our envoy for a little over a month now and I have to say I wish we had gotten one when we were younger but there is nothing that feels so good as sitting in the hot tub under the stars with the one you love...Our biggest problem is we have to make ourselves get out.

looking for high quality - evaluate the HotSprings Envoy. We are very pleased. The only features missing are a temperature setting schedule to save energy, and a remote app for checking on the tub while away..

When my husband and I went to start our tub search, we encountered the Envoy NXT on the showroom floor and fell in love. After having it delivered and enjoying it for the first night, WE ARE HOOKED. Its so comfortable and luxurious. The ease of moving around the tub and the foot room are really what sold us, as well as having an exterior designed by BMW! We are Hot Spring enthusiasts and are very happy with our purchase.

Put off purchasing a sauna for several years. The Envoy NXT proved that to be an error in judgement. Love the thing to death. Use it three or four times per week. Truly a great purchase!

After shopping for a very long time (2 years), decided on Envoy NXT -- have had it 4 months. Looks amazing on new patio -- really adds to appearance of home. Envoy is a great size for family or small groups, but if you want a tub for entertaining, definitely go for the Grandee as Envoy is comfortable but full with 4 adults already. Had one small gasket break early on, but Watkins provided replacement under warranty within 10 days of taking part back to shop, no fuss. Do consider before buying that you have to invest some time in caring for the water quality and, periodically, cleaning the filters to keep it comfortable and clean, but once you get the hang of it, it's not a big deal. Looking forward to sitting in it in the snow.

My wife and I bought our Envoy eigth years ago and it still looks and performs like new. We took our time and thourghly reviewed and tried out many brands of hot tubs before buying and I'm gald we did. This has been one of the best purchases we've ever made. Quality build, excellent customer service, easy to maintain, and most imprtantly we been able to enjoy the comforts of owning a Envoy and look forward to many more years of pleasure.

We bought the tub because my wife has Fibro Mialga and this is the best thing we purchased for her comfort and pain management. It is an easy tub to keep up and there is no chemicals which is very important for our skin. Great Job, thank you for the health help for my wife!!

IThis is the 3rd tub we have had over the past 28 years and is by far the most comfortable tub and is very easy to maintain. We love having music of our choice via Bluetooth. The seating is very comfortable and the jets really massage tired joints and muscles. Past tubs have been cal spa and master spa. It was a bit pricy but is worth every cent. We use it year round.

When we moved I left my 9 year old Grande from Hot Spring and the new owners are still enjoying it now 2 years later. This time we got the Envoy with the salt water system and it is simply amazing. If you want a spa, you better make it a Hot Spring!!!

With 450 gallons it's deep. At 6"1' it's a nice fit. I like rotating around to the different sets of blowers. Having a bad back this is just what I needed after a day's work. The monthly cost of electricity is minimal. It's very well insulated. We had the flip open top installed which makes everything so easy to open and close. Once you flip up the first half of the lid it requires just a light push straight back and the top just rotates over and out of the way. Just as easy to close. All the different light color combos can be fun to play with. It's a very nice tub.

We stopped at our local dealer, not looking for anything and found our Envoy spa. Great price wonderful quality. We've only had it a short time, but we feel the difference in the hydro therapy. Love of relaxing together is the best thing we've got from all the different jets. We have had other spa's, but if you don't have a Hot Springs spa your missing the reason you need a spa. We will never have anything less than our Envoy Hot Springs spa. Like I said we weren't looking for one,but have the best now.
