My wife and I have used the spa almost every night this winter. My favorite night using the spa, which sets on our outdoor deck, the temp was negative 8 and the moon and stars were beautiful. Has been great on our legs as we are both distance runners.

What a great review! With all the bad weather in the Midwest, you've discovered a great "stay-cation" in the spa. This is the second Hot Springs spa I have owned. The first one lasted 20 years and only had to be replaced after my deck was replaced, and the contractor told me he knew how to move the spa properly, but did not and broke it. This model is smaller then the first one we owned, but our family has shrunk with the kids now gone. My wife and I use it most nights and it really helps with the old age aches and pains. For the price it is a great value! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a spa that is cost efficient, superior quality, and craftsmanship.

My third Hot Springs tub since 1998 (sold the first one with the house). Love the brand, love the tub. I have multiple orthopedic issues, so I use the tub first thing in the morning and it sets me right for the rest of the day. The new cover-lift is easy to use, and the wide steps fit my need for a safe entry. The jets are perfectly positioned and just the right amount of powerful. My local dealer is awesome and the installation team was quick, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. As always, a great experience. I tell anyone who is interested, get a Hot Springs! Now!

So happy to have my hot tub. Just dissapointed in the smart water monitoring system, it is never accurate. Looks nice and comfortable, would wish for more normal seating though.

Finding the spa doesn't stay balanced with chlorine very well. One day it's high, next it's non existent. Enjoy it 1-4× every day. Been really nice to relax and connect with my husband. Simple to use and looks nice.

Downsized Hot Spring

This is our second hot springs tub. We downsized so I thought a smaller tub would be perfect. I’m not happy with this one. 1st off, filters are ceramic and more difficult to clean. 2. The cover has never covered effectively. 3. Now the remote control is the issue. It seems like I’ve spent much more time maintaining this 2/3 person spa compared to the vanguard we previously had for 17 years.
I can not recommend the jet setter.

Extremely poor design. The recirculation system is horrible. When used UV it makes loud noises. We had the UV disconnected because it was not peaceful at all. The recirc flowrate is insufficent. The flange where the water enters the tub is hot enough to burn. Because the flow rate is so low the tempature in the tub occansionaly exceeds the safety shut off. It has hit a 109 degrees. This hot tub should be recalled for safety issues. Hotspring had me work with local dealer, no success.

A Hot Spring spa should not leak after 4 years with minimum usage. Not impressed with the brand. Looks like a lack of product design validation, raw materials issues or workmanship.

This is our fourth Hot Springs spa since the 90's. Obviously, we are very satisfied with the service and product. Love the new improvements. My only suggestion would be to put handles inside of the spa to hold onto while entering it.

Our spa isn’t even 6 month old and we have had 2 problems already. One the heater wasn’t working and thank goodness my husband fixed that. 2. Our spa is leaking and a tech has to come out and fix the hose and clamp. This spa should not have these problems at less than 6 months. I fear we might have a lemon. You would think at the cost of these spas that nothing should go wrong for years. Super disappointed, but hopeful this is it for issues.

This is the second Jetsetter we purchased. We absolutely love this new one. It is all around a little bigger than our last one.and has more jets. We use the 120 volt hookup and it really holds the heat.

Very noisy hot tub hard to relax because ozone pump makes an incredible amount of noise. Temperature control is bad, set temp to 102 it hits 103 and 104. Hotwater vent is dangerously hot, if you put your foot over it, hot enough to burn your skin.

We have owned 5 other hot tubs over the years, but the HotSprings Jetsetter is by far the best quality spa we have ever had. From design to the build quality, it's exceeded our expectations. We use the tub daily and have had zero problems keeping the water fresh and clear. I would highly recommend HotSprings spas if you are looking for top quality.

We love our spa, we are in it every day. For his back and my shoulders. This is our 3rd tub from Hot Springs. We enjoy the tubs and the people. Our only complaint is we should have tried it out this time. Not real fond of the smooth texture, getting out is a little hard for my husband. But we are learning. The customer service this time has not been as good as the others. We are having problems with our lid . And no one seems to want to help. No one is returning our calls. But the product is Great !

No owners manual and it is available

Hot Springs has lost it's way. Am now getting comfortable with my new Jetsetter which I ordered with an ozonator to be used with chlorine. My logo light was blinking indicating something was wrong in the system. Turns out the salt system was not removed before the ozone producing device was installed. OK. things happen and it can be fixed. What really got my goat is that there is a owners manual for the Highlife collection which Hot Springs does not include with your spa purchase. I received it through the Hot Springs customer service. There is a lot of good information in it's 40 pages on trouble shooting, maintenance, what not to do, how to remove the poorly designed access panel, etc.. Why spend 12K and not have an owners manual? Makes me think what else was bean counted into cheapness? Not how you build a good reputation but certainly how you destroy one.
