We selected our Hot Spring spa after much research and we are glad to report that we were not disappointed! This winter has brought much snow to the northeast and after spending several hours after each snow storm shoveling snow it is so wonderful to sink into the relaxing waters of our spa! We have the salt-water system and so maintenance is minimal. We are looking forward to the summer months when we anticipate even greater use!

We LOVE our Hot Spring spa and feel it was a wonderful purchase. We've had numerous compliments from family and friends, even from other spa owners, that it is the best spa they have ever used.

Little slice of heaven

Bought a Refurbished vanguard from a local dealer and it’s a little slice of heaven. I have a very physical job that most of the time leaves me sore and aching after a 10-12hr day. I hop into the vanguard and relax for 30min and feel refreshed and most of the time pain free. When we have company over, grab a few adult beverages and we all relax and enjoy everyone’s company. We use it year round.
The only problem we’ve had is one corner moto jet has been intermittent. We’ve replaced it once but it’s doing the same thing.
Hot springs customer service has been awesome. Definitely a lifetime customer. We’ll definitely enjoy this spa for years to come and who knows, maybe upgrade sometime in the future !

2021 - 20 Year Old Vanguard

I still believe you are the best spa maker. This is my second Hot Spring, started with a Classic in 1994, went to a 2001 Vanguard when my dealer found a small crack in the shell of the Classic after 6.5 years. 20 years later I've told the story hundreds of times about the level of customer service and support provided by Hot Spring and my dealer, Ohio Pools and how you stood behind your product.
Looking to upgrade to a Swim/Therapy Spa so "gifting" my Vanguard to my son, who grew up in Hot Spring Spas. Had many, many great discussions with my kids in "My Think Tank". My compliments and thanks to Hot Spring for 27 years of enjoying every moment in the spa.

After much research, my husband and I bought our HotSpring Vanguard when we bought our current home and farm property in 2003. At first it seemed like a luxury but it quickly became a necessity as a part of our daily healthcare. Instead of tolerating pain from all the work around the farm, stressful jobs, and injury recovery until we could get into the massage therapist, we were enjoying sometimes twice daily soaks in the therapeutic tub-- Instant relief from the therapeutic jets and always-on accurate temperature! When we relocated for 5 years to a different home, we brought our Vanguard with us. (We had to hire a crane to lift the tub over two houses-- quite the neighborhood scene.) When we moved back to the farm, we brought the tub back with us. It is 17 years old and still running fine! Aside from the new lid every few years, we have only had to make one repair and replace the ozonator twice in all those years. We found the perfect balance of natural low-chem water care and hardly do any maintenance at all other than rinse the filters out.The Spaudio system turns the tub itself into a speaker and provides the most incredible ambience-- the best "soundbath" available. I don't know what we'd do without our Hotspring tub! Thanks for building a top quality, low maintenance, always-ready spa that lasts decades!

Printed and online instructions are confusing. They do not explain the Icons on the control panel screen. Repeated calls to dealer and Hot Springs support has not produced any clarity. Contact with upper management has been un-responsive.
Great Tub otherwise.

We upgraded to the HotSpring Vanguard spa in October from a spa that was 22 years old. WOW what a difference! Quality and comfort are unsurpassed. We installed a salt system and love the ease of care in addition to how wonderful the water feels. Even in the Pennsylvania winter we are are enjoying our new spa immensely!

This is the second spa we have purchased from HotSpring and we continue to use it every day we are in town. When we decided to move we ended up buying another new spa and the service and cooperation we received was awesome. I'd highly recommend both the product and the people working at this business.

I purchased a Vanguard model thru Allen Pools and Spas in Vermont.
This was an install while I was away with my family for a quick visit to NYC.
They were completely surprised upon return. My expectations from the dealer install to the quality of the spa were far exceeded. The speaker system is amazing!

We could not be happier with this spa. We purchased the Vanguard and love it. The jets are perfect. We were concerned about the noise of the system running, because of it sitting outside our master bedroom doors. You can't hear a thing. We sit in every morning and most evenings before bed. Very relaxing and great investment. We are very pleased.

Our last hot tub was also a Hot Springs spa which gave over 19 years of enjoyment.
The fit and finish of the new spa is excellent and it's very comfortable and pleasant to sit with the wide range of jet settings, lighting options and the soothing water fall feature.
The service has been great so far as well.
My only disappointment with spa is the removable control unit has been a bit temperamental requiring a hard reset by removing the battery on two occasions now in less than a month of ownership. There is no apparent way to upgrade the firmware and there's not a quick, easy way to do a hard reset other then removing the battery by removing 6 screws.
The other irritation is the cost of the wi-fi option both up front and monthly. With technology where it is today that feature should cost less than half of what it does and there shouldn't be any monthly charge.

Nothing better than to climb in and "jet" all my aches and stress away. Freshwater system is great. The water is so silky. Do I have to get out??! I spend a lot more time in our new spa. Love it!!

Hot tub is great. We are a couple who like to enjoy each other's company and I can't think of a better way. This is our second hot tub and we picked an upscale model. This is our first salt water system. I feel the dealer should have sat with us to educate us on the use and care of the system. We had to figure this out on our own.

We purchased a hot springs Vanguard spa a year ago. It has the ACE salt water system. We absolutely love it. The water quality and comfort is amazing.We can basically get out of the spa after an evening soak, towel off and go to bed with no skin irritation. And, keeping the water quality where it needs to be is very simple - especially relative to a no salt spa I had a few years ago. Overall - a great purchase.

I can highly recommend this company. The ordering of the product with Luke was very quick and informative . The company has kept in contact throughout the whole process and the 3 delivery guys were brilliant
They showed me how to use the chemicals and were very friendly whilst waiting for th tub to fill up with water. My chickens even liked them with one riding on the sledge with the tub! All I can say is thank you for a brilliant service.
